Benefits
SaiTech maintains a benefit mix designed to meet the needs of
our diverse workforce. In addition to benefits in which
employees can participate at their own discretion, SaiTech
provides many benefits at no cost to the employee. Below is an
overview of the options available.
HEALTH CARE BENEFITS
Medical Coverage
Varying levels of cost and coverage among the medical plan
options allow employees to select the option that is right for
you and your family. SaiTech shares the costs of plan premiums,
to provide more flexibility in your total health care coverage.
You can choose medical coverage under one of the following:
- Preferred Provider Organization (PPO)
- Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), if available in your
geographic area
Dental Coverage
SaiTech offers dental plan coverage under a Dental PPO. Costs
for dental insurance are also shared by SaiTech.
Vision Coverage
SaiTech optional vision benefits include annual eye exams,
coverage for glasses or contact lenses, and much more.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
Through pre-tax employee deferrals, employees are able to reduce
expenses for medical and dependent care. Employees may choose to
participate in either a Health Care Reimbursement Account or a
Dependent Care Reimbursement Account, or both.
Long-Term Disability
Our long-term disability plan provides employees with income
replacement if they are unable to work for an extended period of
time due to disability.
Short-Term Disability
SaiTech's short-term disability provides employees with income
replacement if they are unable to work for a short period of
time.
Life Insurance
SaiTech provides its employees with basic life insurance
coverage for one times their annual salary, up to $50,000.
Supplemental life insurance is also available for the employee,
spouse, and children.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
AD&D coverage is provided by SaiTech and equals the coverage of
the employee's basic life insurance coverage.
RETIREMENT PLAN
SaiTech 401(k) Plan
SaiTech offers a 401(k) plan for eligible employees to make
pre-tax deferrals into a wide range of investment options. The
plan is a Safe Harbor plan, which includes an employer
contribution. All contributions to the plan by SaiTech and the
employee are immediately 100% vested. Employees may contribute
up to the limit set the IRS.

Supplemental Insurance
SaiTech offers policies to help supplement primary health plans
by providing direct-to-the-policyholder cash benefits, unless
the insured chooses otherwise, to help fill gaps in traditional
health insurance coverage, such as deductibles, out-of-pocket
expenses and loss of earning power. These policies, provided by
an outside carrier, include cancer, accident and hospital ICU
coverage.
